Now into its 19th year, the Company has been involved in many development projects in the north west of England gradually becoming more focused on dealing with land and all the pre-development issues, such as land assembly, town planning, infrastructure and ground considerations, rather than actually erecting new buildings. Hence the tag line, Land Matters, because that is exactly what we do.

Much of the work done so far has focused on delivering development land for the house-building industry. Whilst residential land will always be an important part of the business, we are keen to tackle other land uses and particularly mixed-use, commerical and leisure schemes. The current project at Astbury Lakeside in Congleton is a good example of this diversification.
