The main criteria we look for are:

• Close to, or within, existing built up areas
• Minimum size a third of an acre
• No maximum size
• Preferred locations are Cheshire, Lancashire and Greater Manchester

Right now we are particularly keen to find potential building plots for single houses. Land within existing larger gardens is ideal, subject to separate road access being available.
